Welcome to ISO ClaimSearch® on the go. Our easy-to-use mobile app will facilitate faster claims handling for superior claims data and insights. Today we are pleased to offer mobile claim inquiries. Stay tuned for additional features to come.
With Claims Inquiry for mobile, you can:
•Search the entire ISO ClaimSearch database
•Scan a VIN barcode
•Search by voice to text
•View Location of Loss or Involved Party Address on Google Maps
•Dial the adjuster or company that handles the previous loss/claim directly from the app
•Change your password
•Sort and search returns
•Control which fields to display on the Claims Summary Grid screen
•Store all completed mobile searches in the Recent Searches tab on Claims Inquiry web
•SIU Case Manager users can view their cases & entities, and upload attachments
•Audio File Upload Feature

This App version is not built to support iPad. We do not have any active customers using it in iPad. Our Customers and users are aware that this version is not iPad compatible. Please evaluate on iPhone’s and approve the release
